About Craigslea OSHC Craigslea OSHC is a 160-place facility managed by the school's P&C. The service offers before school care, after school care, and vacation care. Children engage in structured indoor and outdoor activities, create their own games, and participate in incursions, excursions, and externally facilitated activities, such as art, break dancing, and drama classes. We provide a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment so that children (and their parents) love coming to OSHC. Your Impact As the OSHC Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children thrive before and after school, and during vacation care. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of care, the strength of relationships with families, and the professional growth of your team. You will: Lead a passionate team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community. Ensure the service operates in alignment with the National Quality Framework, P&C policies, and the values of our school community. Drive innovation in programming and practice, creating meaningful experiences that support children’s wellbeing, learning, and development. Be a key contributor to the strategic direction of the service, working closely with the P&C to ensure long-term sustainability and excellence.
