We know that great results come from a strong team, a shared purpose, and a relentless focus on excellence.  Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis . The Role You’ll be the backbone of our construction administration process, supporting our Project Manager and on-site teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the construction and project management team Enter and manage data using our internal project management system Coordinate bookings with suppliers and subcontractors for each site Source suitable staff accommodation based on project location and needs Issue purchase orders for all site services and materials Ensure subcontractor compliance across our HSEQ and client portals Compile comprehensive job packs for new site deployments Assist the Business Services Manager in delivering on HSEQ commitments Support our Business Development Team across a wide range of marketing initiatives, helping to drive growth and visibility. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role (construction experience preferred but not essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Excellent communication and organisation skills Strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities Detail-oriented, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or seek clarity Able to follow up and track multiple tasks across teams and contractors Why Join Us?
