About the Company Dunbar Services, which is located in Landsdale, is a successful industrial cleaning company servicing a diverse range of clients throughout Western Australia. We are seeking to employ an Administrator for our Regional Department based in Landsdale on a full-time basis. Role and Responsibilities Mobilisation Scheduling of works Liaise with mining clients Coordinate freight logistics Administrative duties Applicants must enjoy working in a varied position and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires someone who is accurate, self-motivated, and well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet the demands of the business. Skills and Experience Required : A minimum of two years administration experience is essential. Mobilisation experience is desirable.  Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Proven problem-solving abilities. Intermediate skills in M/S Office, with a strong emphasis on Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
