Our work ensures quality of life is enhanced by providing a range of support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and goals to maximise independence.  Human Resource Administration Officer - Permanent Full Time   The HR Administration Officer provides administrative support across the core streams of work within the HR team. Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, they will support activity across all roles, including the Executive Manager Human Resources when required. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to further develop their practical skills in recruitment, people management and employee relations. Key responsibilities:  Coordination and ownership of people-related compliance tracking and reporting, preparation for various audit programs and adherence to commission and funding body requirements Collecting, documenting and filing employee information in staff files and the HRIS General administrative tasks such as managing and filing HR inbox queries, data entry, liaison with prospective employees and key stakeholders Administrative support to CBS’ workers’ compensation program Respond to, triage or direct staff queries in a timely and appropriate manner Contribute to the achievement of the HR function’s operational and strategic goals through the provision of timely, high-quality support across the team Administration of training needs through HR systems, including reporting and maintenance of employee records Liaise with Registered Training Providers, HR team and Rostering team for staff attendance Provide support in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes  Why join our organisation?
