Domain Legal is a boutique property law firm located in North Sydney. We are seeking a full-time licensed conveyancer with 12 months experience. Duties: Duties will include: Acting on the sale and purchase of properties, including preparing and reviewing contracts for sale, post exchange attendances and arranging settlements. General conveyancing and property law matters. Experience and skills: 12 months experience as a licensed conveyancer. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Working knowledge of PEXA is essential. Attention to detail is essential. Able to work in a team environment, including with experienced and senior paralegal staff.
