About the role As a Registered Nurse reporting to the on-duty Nurse or Supervisor you will: Deliver safe, high-quality clinical care and medication administration to residents Collaborate with the care team to develop, implement, and review care plans Provide leadership and coaching to Enrolled Nurses and Assistants Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with aged care standards and safety protocols Support residents and their families through education and compassionate care    What You’ll Need to Succeed Australian recognised Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration Minimum 6 months aged care experience in Australia COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses + booster) and flu vaccination Valid National Police Check (within 12 months) and 100 points ID CPR & First Aid certification Valid work rights and NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain Why You’ll Love It Above-award pay: $65.00/hr + shift penalties + super |  Weekly pay Flexible AM/PM & ND shifts to suit your lifestyle Long-term role with ongoing training and growth Permanent opportunities Supportive work culture with dedicated consultant Opportunity to make a genuine difference in every single shift    About Our Client Candii is working with some of the largest aged care clients all across Perth, Western Australia.
