Key Responsibilities: ·       Greet clients and visitors ·       Phone and email correspondence ·       Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings ·       Diary/Calendar Management ·       Filing ·       Typing letters About You: ·       Victorian Working with Children Check ·       Police Check ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment ·       Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role If you are reliable, motivated, and part time hours would suit you we want to hear from you! Part time work hours are 9am - 1pm, 5 days.
