This role is responsible for managing three in-house carpentry crews and overseeing multiple residential projects from site establishment to handover. You’ll play a key part in upholding our standards for quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across multiple projects. - Manage three in-house carpentry crews, subcontractors, suppliers. - Conduct site inspections, manage quality control, and proactively resolve issues. - Liaise with clients, project managers, and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. - Monitor project budgets, variations, and documentation. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. About You - Proven experience as a residential Building Supervisor (granny flat or small-lot housing preferred). - Experience managing in-house trade teams. - Strong knowledge of NSW building codes, compliance, and safety standards. - Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Competent with digital project management tools (Excel, Asana, Smartsheets, or similar). - Trade qualification or relevant construction management credentials. - Current NSW driver’s licence and White Card.
