If you’re an upbeat, warm professional with previous experience on a fast-paced Reception desk – we’d love to hear from you! ** Please note, applicants must be available to work part-time hours. 3-4 days a week ** What you will do Warmly greet patients and provide an exceptional level of customer service Complete all admin tasks in our fast-paced and busy practice Manage phone calls, book and reschedule appointments Work alongside the wider team to ensure a smooth patient flow Utilise Word, Excel, and Dolphin for patient management tasks Take payments using the EFTPOS and confidently resolve any patient enquiries What you will bring Previous experience working in a Medical or Dental Reception role Experienced working in a fast-paced and busy practice, you thrive under pressure!
