The Opportunity: We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two C-Suite Leaders. This is a key role that will see you managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings with internal and international stakeholders, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic support. You will be working from a vibrant office in Sydney’s CBD, surrounded by driven professionals and a high-performing EA team. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level support Complex calendar and inbox management Coordinate meetings, board papers, investor presentations, and travel Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Proactively manage competing priorities and support with project administration Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and executive logistics What We’re Looking For Previous experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment Polished communication and presentation skills, with strong emotional intelligence Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A calm, composed approach – able to adapt to two very different working styles Confident engaging with international stakeholders and high-level investors A proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs before they arise Why You’ll Love It Be at the centre of one of Australia’s largest real estate transformations Support two high-performing and very different leaders – no two days will be the same!
