Key Responsibilities As a Educator/Lead Educator, you’ll be responsible for: Supporting/Designing and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members. Mentoring and guiding assistant educators to maintain best practices. Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Collaborating with the Centre Director to achieve educational excellence. What We’re Looking For A passionate educator with a Cer III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). Proven experience in a similar leadership role within early childhood education. Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS). Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) and First Aid certification. What We Offer A supportive and collaborative team environment.
