With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, we’re looking for a skilled bookkeeper to join our close-knit team. The Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper with  specific expertise in construction accounting . You’ll play a key role in managing our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all project accounts. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate records of project costs, variations, and retentions Liaise with the external accountant on BAS, superannuation, and other statutory reporting Liaise with project managers and external accountant to track budgets and job costing Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes Use of industry-specific accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, Cheops, or similar) About You Proven experience in bookkeeping within the  construction or remedial industry Strong understanding of construction-specific financial processes (e.g., progress claims, subcontractor payments, retentions) Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a small team Why Join Us?
