THE FIRM Simpson Quinn Lawyers are a prominent and established law firm based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. THE ROLE Conveyancer - supported by the Directors, a supervising solicitor, and working within a team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential conveyancing files with some exposure to commercial conveyancing and other property transactions. This would include: Managing conveyancing Files, conducting A-Z of conveyancing Liaising with clients Working within a team and independently subject to appropriate supervision Networking within the industry to cultivate and retain referral partners. Attending networking events together with the Directors and solicitors. THE CANDIDATE A conveyancer with preferably a minimum of 12 months current experience working autonomously in residential conveyancing. Be comfortable working within a team environment Preferably have proficiency in working with LEAP Knowledge and ability to use PEXA Be honest and reliable with good communication skills and able to deal with clients, referrers, agents and other professionals Have an attention to detail and good organisational skills Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally  An exciting opportunity is being offered for the right candidate to join our team.
