As we grow, we're seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Coordinator to keep our machines humming, our processes safe, and our infrastructure rock-solid. You’ve had your time in full-throttle roles and now want something flexible but fulfilling. Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance Experienced in developing and executing preventative maintenance schedule across all production equipment (mixers, conveyors, baggers, forklifts, etc.) Conduct routine inspections of plant machinery, electrical systems and site infrastructure Maintain accurate, auditable logs of servicing, repairs and scheduled checklists Mechanical & Electrical Repairs Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical and electrical faults with minimal supervision Replace bearings, belts, motors, sensors, valves, fuses, switchgear, etc. Work with single and three phase systems and low voltage control circuits Coordination & Oversight Liaise with external contractors for specialized services (e.g., compressed air systems, PLC diagnostics, fire equipment checks) Ensure all works conducted meet WHS and Australian Standards Keep spare parts inventory up-to-date and raise POs for new supplies when necessary Site Maintenance Oversee general upkeep of site infrastructure (e.g., lighting, plumbing, safety signage, gates, roller doors) Contribute to minor facility upgrades or relocations of production lines when required Safety and Compliance Champion safety-first practices across maintenance routines Participate in toolbox talks and hazard assessments where needed Support the development of SWMS, JSA, and other compliance documentation Ideal Candidate Profile Trade Qualified in Mechanical Fitting, Electrical, equivalent (Cert III minimum) Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a maintenance or facilities coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing environment Proficient with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment and reading schematics Strong communication, record-keeping and planning skills Self-starter with a high level of reliability and professional pride Valid Driver’s License and forklift license Why Agricure.
