About the role We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team at the Morphett Vale Family Practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, this role is critical in ensuring a positive and seamless experience. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling and managing patient appointments Handling patient enquiries and providing excellent customer service Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the practice What we're looking for Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with patients in a warm and empathetic manner Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using Best Practice management software.
