The role Due to an internal transfer, we are currently seeking a new receptionist to be the face of our business! This role will be responsible for:
Welcoming clients and visitors to our office.
Answering, screening and directing incoming calls.
Responding to enquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Providing a wide range of administrative support to our team.
Producing general correspondence.
Coordinating meetings and room bookings ensuring necessary resources are prepared.
General errands and ad-hoc administrative duties as required in a busy office.
About you The successful candidate will be:
A warm and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Able to stay organised and think on their feet in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, and motivated to take on a range of tasks as required.
Committed to providing quality customer service.
Proficient using Microsoft Office suite.
