About the role We are seeking a Trainee Insolvency Officer to join our team in Bundall, Queensland. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for supporting our experienced insolvency professionals in managing the administration of personal insolvency matters. If you are eager to gain hands-on experience in the personal insolvency field, this is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career. What you'll be doing Assisting with the preparation of documents, forms and reports required for insolvency appointments. Liaising with debtors, creditors and government to gather and collate required information. Maintaining detailed records and files for each matter. Providing administrative support to the insolvency practitioners. Conducting research to support the insolvency process. Developing an understanding of insolvency legislation, procedures and best practices. What we're looking for Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office. We also utilise our own inhouse systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Keen interest in gaining experience in the personal insolvency area.
