 Job Description:

Role Purpose: As a member of a small team, deliver high-quality administrative support to enable the effective and efficient delivery of playground and landscaping services to clients in the Greater Darwin region and remote communities of the Northern Territory. Key Duties: 1.      Act as the first point of contact for all business enquiries, answering phone calls and responding to enquiry emails in a professional manner. 2.      Support project delivery: ordering materials, creating purchase orders, receiving stock, coordinating project close-out documentation and imagery, and issuing invoices at key project milestones.  3.      Coordinate logistics including employee travel to support the delivery of remote projects. 4.      Oversee weekly timesheet and payroll processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of timesheets. 5.      Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding including documentation, ordering uniforms and ensuring relevant inductions are undertaken. 6.      Support the Director in the development of tender submissions, coordinating documentation for submission. 7.      Provide day-to-day administrative support to enable the effective and efficient running of the business, working closely with outsourced providers where required e.g. marketing, bookkeeper etc. Selection Criteria - Essential 1.      Full C class Northern Territory Drivers Licence 2.      Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service to a broad range of clients 3.      Demonstrated strengths in building effective relationships with various stakeholders e.g. clients, suppliers.  4.      Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 5.      Proficient in the use of computer systems including but not limited to: MicroSoft Office, Adobe, Project Managment Software. 6.      Excellent work ethic, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
