As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Leading the clinic team : Managing staff performance, rosters, and training to ensure a cohesive and motivated team Client journey excellence : Overseeing front desk operations to deliver a seamless and elevated client experience Operational management : Handling daily clinic functions including stock control, compliance, systems, and cleanliness Financial oversight : Payroll coordination, EFTPOS reconciliation, weekly dashboards, and monthly reporting Strategic input : Collaborating closely with the Managing Director on KPIs, systems, and business growth initiatives Problem-solving & people skills : Addressing client or team concerns with warmth, professionalism, and diplomacy 🙌 What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who is: Highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident in leading a team Experienced in managing a clinic, medical, or allied health environment Professional and polished, with excellent communication and people skills Proficient in financial admin, rostering, and system-based operations Tech-savvy (experience with aesthetic or medical software a bonus) Genuinely passionate about the skin/aesthetics industry 💎 Why Join Jade?
