Hope Earle Lawyers & Advisors is seeking an experienced and passionate Family Lawyer to join our Melbourne CBD office. This is a full-time opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1.5 years post-admission experience , ideally with a focus on family law. About You You will be: Admitted to practice in Victoria and the High Court of Australia; Experienced in family law (minimum 1.5 years PQE – more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply); Comfortable with drafting legal documents and court material with a high degree of accuracy; Willing and able to appear at mentions, directions hearings, and mediations; Genuinely passionate about family law and committed to developing your career in this area; A strong communicator with good attention to detail, initiative and client focus; Keen to work both collaboratively and independently on files. The Work You will work on a wide range of interesting and complex family law matters, including: Parenting and property disputes (including matters involving high net-worth individuals and international elements); Binding Financial Agreements; Litigation involving complex trust, corporate, and estate structures; Serious allegations, relocation cases, and recovery applications; Attending court and mediation regularly. You will work closely with a senior and respected team of Principals, Senior Associates, and Consultants – all of whom are committed to mentoring, professional development, and high quality legal work.
