Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Educator located in Forest Hill, VIC. We are looking for educators who have minimum 1 year experience in the industry. The Assistant Educator will support the planning and delivery of lessons, assist with teaching and training activities, and foster effective communication with children, parents, and other staff members. Daily tasks include preparing educational programs alongside Lead Educators, engaging with children during play and learning activities, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Qualifications Skills in Lesson Planning and Education Communication skills for effectively interacting with children, parents, and staff Experience in Teaching and Training Passion for early childhood education and child development Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Relevant certifications or qualifications in early childhood education with a minimum requirement of Cert III.
