Console Operator

 Job Description:

CONSOLE OPERATOR   About the role   Our Caltex Various Perth Metro South sites is currently on the lookout for a motivated and positive casual Console Operator. Reporting to the site management team, our Console Operators are responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst assisting in the operations of the retail site.     Duties include but not limited to:   Excellent customer service  Stock control  Cash handling  Loss prevention  Promotional activities  General housekeeping  Kitchen tasks such as food preparation  Ensuring a very high standard of workplace health and safety is maintained at all times     Skills & Experience   Customer service experience, with a positive and enthusiastic approach  Food handling and kitchen experience   Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills  The ability to work effectively as a team and individually  Ability to work under pressure and multi-task  Strong work ethic and demonstrated track record of reliability  Ability to work in a flexible environment with additional hours as required over a 24/7 roster pattern  Legally entitled to work in Australia    You will be required to show proof of employability with a copy of your Australian visa advising of visa details and entitlements or Australian birth certificate. An Australian visa check will be completed on all successful candidates. A Police clearance certificate will also be required for all successful candidates.     About Caltex   Caltex retail sites are owned and operated by Chevron Australia Downstream Stores Pty Ltd.
