Payroll Coordinator/Assistant

 Job Description:

Our client is a industry leader in the automotive space and they are looking for a Superstar Payroll Coordinator/Assistant to join their team for a 1 week assignment to help out on post year-end payroll tasks with an ASAP start! Responsibilities Respond to emails received from former employees. Respond via email to all voice messages received. Create and maintain the status tracker for payments. Track emails sent and note any updates to banking or superannuation details based on responses received. Verify updated banking and superannuation details against employee records and update them if new information has been provided. Enter data for the Lump Sum E payment, which includes approximately 1,009 transaction lines Send payslips and payment breakdowns to former employees via bulk email.
