Regional Skills Training (RST) is looking for a student service officer to join our team and support our students. This position can be based at our Adelaide office at Beverley or our Arthurton office on the Yorke Peninsula. As a dedicated student services officer you will play a key part in supporting students to complete their qualifications.    About the business RST is a South Australian based registered training organisation delivering quality vocational training in the agricultural sector for over 20 years. Our programs deliver training to school-based trainees as well as adult learners wishing to expand their skills and knowledge. Key Responsibilities of the Role Enrolling and orientating new students to RST Monitor student progress and provide support and assistance to students Organising face to face training workshops Facilitating hands-on workshops and supporting our trainers Maintaining student records and completion documentation   Essential Requirements: Hold or willing to obtain a current Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) Effective customer service skills, including handling enquiries tactfully and responsibly Keen literacy, time management and interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills and a very high attention to detail & accuracy  agriculture experience is not essential but an advantage Successful applicants will be required to provide a police check and Working With Children Check.
