We are seeking a dedicated and organized administration / reception superstar for an immediate start, to join our team at High St Smash, Maitland. About Us:   High St Smash is a leading provider of high-quality automotive repair services in Maitland.  With a team of experienced technicians and a focus on customer satisfaction for over 70 years, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. What You’ll Be Doing:   In this role you will provide essential administrative, reception and clerical support to our busy repair workshop, ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations. Your day-to-day will include:  ·        Providing exceptional customer service to telephone enquiries, vehicle          Handover & customer enquiries. ·        Processing invoices, Credits, assisting with Accounts and End of Month          Reconciliation. ·        Supporting field staff and management to meet operational KPIs  ·        Preparation of Assessments, Job Sheets and vehicle handover ·        Maintaining office supplies and documentation  ·        Managing Assessment & Repair bookings and logging accurate job details  ·        Contributing to a positive team culture while working independently  Who You Are:   ·        Experienced & Capable – You bring solid administration experience and can hit          the ground running  ·        Self-Starter – You’re proactive, reliable, and thrive with autonomy  ·        Team-Oriented – You collaborate well and contribute to a supportive          workplace  ·        Organized & Efficient – You’re a multitasker with excellent time management  ·        Customer-Focused – You communicate clearly, professionally, and with care  ·        Tech-Confident – You’re comfortable with multiple systems and quick to learn   ·         The Essentials  : ·        Proven experience in administration, ideally within the automotive industry ·        Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), Xero, iBody and Car          Insurance Portals. ·       Strong organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise          tasks and meet deadlines, along with a high level of accuracy and attention to          detail  ·        Excellent verbal and written communication  ·        A positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to a fast paced work environment.  ·        Friendly, professional, and committed to confidentiality    If you are an administration superstar, apply now for this fast paced, exciting opportunity by forwarding your resume to reception@highstsmash.com.au
