Job Description:
NLC Payroll is a family-owned business that provides outsourced payroll services for companies in New Zealand and Australia. We’re in need of a self-motivated, proactive Payroll Advisor to join our Team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process end to end payroll for various clients payrolls. Contribute to the improvement and development of systems and procedures to increase the efficiency of the Payroll. Providing high quality administrative and management support services. Maintaining payroll records in an accurate and confidential manner. Responding to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner. What You’ll Bring: You'll have a 2+ years' experience in payroll along with extensive knowledge of Payroll related legislation and compliance. Experience working with Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel - able to do VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables etc. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service. Proven ability to problem solve and provide solutions for complicated queries. Ability to work well within a team environment.
