About the Role This is a high-impact position where you’ll work side-by-side with the Dealer Principal to: Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting Ensure the integrity of financial controls and compliance (in collaboration with our Perth-based central admin team) Use data to drive performance, uncover profit opportunities, and optimise costs Partner with department managers to improve operational effectiveness Play an active role in strategy, forecasting, and investment decisions What We’re Looking For You’re not just a numbers person – you’re a business partner . You’ve worked in the automotive industry and understand the rhythms of a dealership. You know how to read a balance sheet, spot a margin leak, and guide a GM or DP to a smarter decision. You’re analytical, collaborative, and commercially curious. Must-haves: Relevant experience in dealership accounting/finance (ideally across multiple franchises) Strong knowledge of DMS systems (we operate Pentana/ERA) Exceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to engage with the broader team A track record of financial leadership and value creation Why Join Us?
