About the Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our Alice Springs team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of our business—serving customers, coordinating equipment hire, supporting daily operations, and helping the business run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the manager and broader team to maintain a high standard of service and operational support. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email Manage equipment bookings, pick-ups and returns Assist with basic admin tasks, including data entry and invoice coding Support workshop/yard coordination and ensure equipment is presented professionally Assist to ensure a compliant and safe workplace and equipment Contribute to a friendly, can-do team culture Help maintain an organised and efficient work environment What You’ll Need A strong customer service focus with great communication skills Basic understanding of business operations (bookkeeping, HR, or admin experience is a plus) Current car driver’s licence.
