Key Responsibilities Manage your own portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service, compliance, and timely delivery. Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, including workflow support and review. Assist with budgeting, billing, and identifying value-add opportunities within your client base. Contribute to internal training, system/process improvements, and stay current with changes in tax and accounting standards. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in public practice accounting, with exposure to both tax and financial reporting. CA or CPA qualified Strong technical knowledge across tax compliance, financial reporting, and relevant legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Experience using Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, APS, and Microsoft Excel/Word. Full working rights in Australia.
