What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency files including VA, CVL, receiverships, and court-appointed liquidations Lead teams on large, complex matters involving multiple entities and creditor groups Engage directly with directors, creditors, financiers, and legal representatives Conduct investigations, prepare statutory reports, and ensure ongoing compliance Mentor and supervise junior staff, reviewing work and developing capability Report directly to the Partners on engagement strategy and client outcomes What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in corporate insolvency Experience running matters end-to-end with minimal supervision Exposure to both SME and larger, complex corporate insolvencies CA/CPA qualified (or near completion) Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation and ARITA standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Why This Firm Exposure to high-value, high-profile engagements Diverse client base across industries and entity structures Strong internal support and clear track to Senior Manager Flexible working environment and a down-to-earth team culture Competitive salary and bonus structure Endless progression to become a liquidator/ corporate trustee How to Apply Click ‘Apply Now’ to submit your CV, or reach out directly for a confidential chat.
