You'll be the driving force behind clinic operations, team motivation, and business performance. Your Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious client experience Inspire and coach a team of high-performing skin and laser therapists Drive sales growth by promoting our treatment packages, skincare lines, and loyalty programs Ensure best-in-class clinical standards, hygiene practices, and customer care Manage rosters, stock, and visual presentation with precision Report on KPIs and implement strategies for continued growth Partner with the clinic owner on local marketing and brand-building initiatives You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have: Proven leadership experience in the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or premium retail industries A solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen A talent for motivating teams and creating a culture of care and performance Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills A diploma in Beauty Therapy or similar qualification (highly regarded) Familiarity with Zenoti or similar booking/CRM software is a plus A dedicated, integrity-driven approach with a long-term commitment to excellence Experience with medical-grade aesthetic devices such as Candela Laser and HydraFacial systems Minimum 3 years' experience managing teams of 5+ staff in a clinical or aesthetic setting Current First Aid certification and ability to pass police background check Proven track record of achieving minimum 20% year-on-year revenue growth in previous management roles Why Join St James Aesthetics?
