-lution is proud to be partnering with 7-Eleven to build their new in-house agency, and we’re looking for a highly organised, workflow-focused Project/Traffic Manager to keep everything running smoothly. If you love visibility boards, colour-coded timelines, and bringing clarity to chaos, this could be the perfect role for you. As Project/Traffic Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of creative delivery, managing work intake, prioritisation, and scheduling across a high-volume mix of campaign, content, and retail briefs. You’ll coordinate sprint planning, track progress, and help the team stay focused on what matters most: delivering effective, brand-connected work at speed. Day to day, you’ll: ● Triage and prioritise creative requests based on business impact, urgency, and team capacity ● Manage the intake process, ensuring briefs are clear, complete, and aligned to marketing plans ● Coordinate sprint planning, WIPs, and daily stand-ups to keep delivery on track ● Build and maintain delivery schedules, WIP boards, and sprint dashboards ● Monitor and track progress across all live jobs, including campaigns, digital, retail, and in-store content ● Collaborate with producers, creatives, and stakeholders to align on timelines, scope, and capacity ● Monitor resourcing and workload to help prevent bottlenecks and overloading ● Keep project management tools up to date with accurate job data ● Support reporting and continuous improvement of workflows and team processes Your toolkit: ● 3–5+ years’ experience in a traffic, project management, or studio operations role within a marketing or creative environment ● Excellent coordination and planning skills, with experience managing multiple priorities at once ● Strong working knowledge of workflow tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or Asana ● Experience working with Agile delivery models or sprint-based teams ● Strong communicator who can align people and resolve blockers quickly ● High attention to detail and a calm, proactive mindset ● Bonus points for experience in retail, FMCG, or hybrid delivery environments Why this opportunity at 7-Eleven? 7-Eleven is an agile, human-centred organisation, and its people are at the heart of everything it does.
