Entry Level Junior Administration Clerk
Job Description:
The John Hughes Group is a large diverse group and well-known iconic brand in WA. The Group employs approximately 500+ staff in over 40 departments, including Car Sales and Service, Finance and Insurance. We are looking for someone to START their career with our company in the Administration department. You will start your career learning the basics of Administration such as, mail, filing, data entry and assistance to other team members. You need to be energetic, enthusiastic, have a current driver's licence, be willing to start at the bottom and move through the ranks whilst learning about our business. Some of the tasks include, but not limited to: Organise the collection, collation and distribution of mail (using the company mail car); Organise the ordering and distribution of stationery within the Sales/Administration departments; Collect and deliver goods; Monitor and distribute ink cartridges for company-wide printers; Assist with filing in the administration department; and Assist other team members with Administration tasks. Ideally the successful applicant must have: A strong willingness to learn; A mature attitude; Attention to detail; Valid Driver's Licence As this is an entry level position previous experience is not required.
