Job Description As a Project Assistant , you’ll bring commercial awareness and a solid grasp of contract administration to support key project delivery tasks. With strong attention to detail, you’ll ensure accuracy and thoroughness in your work. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will help you engage confidently with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage fortnightly Design & Engineering labour updates and reports Coordinate and pre-fill start-up meeting templates, take meeting minutes, and manage project onboarding materials Provide admin support for Design & Engineering check-ins via MS Planner for monthly design team meetings Prepare monthly project status reports (Excel) and assist with Design & Engineering project close-out meeting admin Create and manage proposals, reports, and MS Word templates Manage document control on SharePoint Ensure adherence to Design & Engineering processes/procedures and support standardisation initiatives Support pre-delivery and other key project meetings (e.g., Digital Chair coordination) Assist with CRM tasks, leads tracking, and document/report support Provide general admin support, including printing, binding, and travel logistics About You You have a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in a support role—perhaps in project coordination, administration, or as an EA. You’re comfortable in a project-focused environment and confident using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Planner. You have a keen eye for formatting and enjoy creating clean, professional templates. Experience in engineering, construction, or design consulting is a plus, and familiarity with compliance processes, ISO standards, Microsoft Dynamics, or Power BI is an added bonus. Why Wiley?
