Our focus spans across several key industries, including: ·       construction & safety courses ·       traffic management and control courses ·       hospitality courses ·       first aid & emergency response courses ·       elevated work platform (EWP) & specialised equipment courses ·       transport & heavy vehicle operations and health and safety   We are seeking a suitable motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join the team as a full-time Administration Manager. The position location will be located at Suite 5B, 2/20 Highgate Street, Auburn NSW 2144.   Key responsibilities: ·       Managing student enrollment processes, maintaining student records, issuing statements of attainment and certificates, and handling student inquiries. ·       Ensuring the RTO adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements, including data reporting to government bodies, and maintaining accurate records for audits. ·       Providing administrative support to trainers and assessors, managing workflows, and coordinating communication between staff and students. ·       Maintaining and updating student management systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. ·       Managing communication with students, trainers, assessors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. ·       Identifying areas for improvement in administrative processes and contributing to the development of new policies and procedures. ·       Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.   Essential Skills and Experience: ·       Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines. ·       Ability to communicate effectively with students, trainers, assessors, and other stakeholders. ·       Experience with student management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. ·       Understanding of the Standards for RTOs and other relevant regulations. ·       Ability to identify and resolve issues related to administrative processes. ·       Ensuring accuracy and completeness of records and reports. ·       Providing excellent customer service to students and other stakeholders.   Further Information: Applications will be assessed as they are received, so please apply soon.
