We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. This position is for 3 days per week , with the potential for additional hours to cover staff leave and busy periods . About the Role As our receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinic. You’ll provide excellent front desk service, support our doctors and admin team, and ensure a seamless experience for our patients. This role is perfect for someone who is: Highly organised and professional Friendly, personable, and proactive Confident in managing multiple tasks with care and attention Available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 9am-5pm Key Responsibilities Greeting patients and visitors Answering and transferring phone calls Handling cash and EFTPOS payments Assisting with patient queries Assisting in bookings, including patient’s appointments and theatre bookings Processing Medicare online claims for the pre-op visits Accurate data entry and record keeping Supporting team members with admin tasks and providing backup for other departments.
