Property Manager - NO WEEKEND WORK ($80k + super - Northbridge, WA)
 
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and results driven Commercial Property Manager to join the team!
 
Due to recent growth our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager. You definitely won't be bored in this role. it's fast-paced and you'll be surrounded by a supportive team, You will be managing an existing portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Conducting open homes (and private inspections) and updating landlords on the outcome
• Processing of Rental Applications and Ingoing/Outgoing Condition Reports
• New Lease preparation and signing
• Liaising with landlords/tenants/trades regarding repairs or maintenance issues
• Rental & Lease Renewals finalising Bond claims and processing refunds
• Maintaining Rental Arrears, issuing termination notices if required

Skills:

• 2+ years Property Management experience required
• Current Drivers Licence
• Working knowledge of Property Tree and/or other related systems
• Current  Property Management Licence
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to follow instructions, be guided and be a key team player
• Passionate about a career in Property Management
