Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to thrive in both independent and team-based environments and possess excellent communication skills, especially on the phone. The role requires someone who is comfortable multitasking and can maintain composure in a fast-paced setting. Experience with MYOB is a bonus but not essential. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage and organise documents and schedules Provide administrative support to team members Handle various tasks simultaneously while maintain accuracy & efficiency. Assist with general office duties as required Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Key Requirements Strong communication skills, especially via phone Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Myob experience is desirable but not required Preferred Qualifications Previous administrative experience or a similar role Basic understanding of office software and systems.
