As the Front of House Receptionist , you will play an integral role as the face of our agency—the first point of contact for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for all clients Managing front desk operations and coordinating appointments Handling phone calls and responding to client inquiries Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the team Organising and prioritising daily activities to meet deadlines Key Requirements: Your own car and a current drivers license Strong written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and excellent work ethics Ability to prioritize tasks and work proactively Exceptional organisational, time management skills, and attention to detail Real Estate Registration (or willingness to obtain) Able to work independently as well as part of a team Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm If you have the passion, determination, and dedication to succeed in this role, we’d love to hear from you!
