Join Our Independent Early Learning Centre Above award wage | Flexible roster We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher (or student teacher currently studying) to join our supportive and welcoming team at Home2Home Early Education and Care. As an independent centre owned by two passionate and experienced educators, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment where both children and educators thrive. What You'll Be Doing Working in a high-quality learning environment alongside passionate educators. Delivering an engaging, supportive educational program that fosters children's learning and development. Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating space for play-based learning. Building strong relationships with children, families and our community. Documenting children's learning and progress in a way that allows you to remain fully present with them. Contributing to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or currently studying towards it). Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of early childhood education. Knowledge of child development and the ability to implement engaging, age-appropriate experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Passion for high-quality early education and a commitment to a child-centred approach. Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). You Will Need (or Be Willing to Obtain) Working with Children Check (WWCC). Child Safe Environments training. First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004 or equivalent). Mandated certificates as required.
