We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full Time Certificate 3/ Diploma and ECT Educator to join our team of passionate professionals. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young learners by providing them with a nurturing and stimulating environment. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the growth and development of children through the implementation of age-appropriate educational programs and activities. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and implement engaging and educational lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards. Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians to provide updates on children's development and address any concerns or questions. Collaborate with other educators and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience for children. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and any relevant documentation as required. Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Stay updated with current educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes. Qualifications: Hold a valid certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Demonstrated experience working with children in a similar capacity, either through practicum or previous employment. Comprehensive knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of children, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Any additional certifications or specialized training in relevant areas will be considered a plus.
