Some of your responsibilities will include: General administration and reception duties Preparing clinic rooms for consultations Maintaining and updating patient records and handling confidential information Managing patient communication, including the booking, invoicing and rescheduling of appointments Dealing with Third Party Insurers / Workers Compensation, Medicare and DVA About You  The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a medical administrative role Excellent organisational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluechip Apply today and don't miss out on starting this opportunity as soon as possible!
