Key Position Tasks:   We are looking for an Operations Administrator to provide essential administrative and logistical support to our Operations Team, enabling the seamless delivery of training programs.    Key position tasks include: Welcome clients/training participants at reception and assist as needed Provide telephone and face-to-face advice, information and assistance to prospective and enrolled students concerning courses, assessments and study options Manage course booking proficiently including course enrolments, invoicing, confirmation, cancellations, transfer and reminder communications Coordinate all Venue Hire requirements and communications from start to end of booking, including organising all catering and room set-up Key Skills, Attributes and Experience:   Previous experience in an administrative/clerical role preferably for a training or educational organisation Exceptional customer service orientation Familiarity with Student Management Systems (SMS) Knowledge of the VET system What MBV can offer you:   Hybrid work model, compressed working weeks, purchased annual leave Strong people engagement and values-based culture Paid parental leave, corporate partnerships, company wide lunches, events and activities Please note: Candidates may be subject to psychometric testing and a police clearance as part of the recruitment process.
