We pride ourselves on the continuity of care we provide our long-standing patients.   Qualifications & experience Previous reception work in general practice is essential Excellent customer service skills and polite telephone etiquette Proactive attitude with attention to detail Experience with Medicare/Workcover and third party accounts Knowledge and ability to navigate Best Practice Ability to multitask   Tasks & responsibilities Day to day administrative running of the medical centre Supervision and attendance of front desk and duties Manage telephone enquiries and bookings Manage appointments, scheduling and efficient communication with doctors, nurses and patients Manage patients invoicing and receipting Additional administrative duties/tasks as required by manager, director, doctors and/or nurses Open and close medical practice Entry and update of patient registration details Exercise confidentiality Daily preparation or distribution of posting and outgoing/incoming mail   Benefits Flexible hours Friendly environment and team culture Long term employment Opportunity to grow IT support available at all times Located within a shopping centre with ample parking
