About the business and the role We specialise in fast turnaround services and maintenance to keep our clients’ commercial facilities, corporate buildings and industrial sites fully operational. We are seeking an exceptional office based Service Coordinator to complete our business administration team. Immediate start. Hours of work are 7.30 am - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday. The purpose of this key role is to schedule jobs for tradespersons, provide professional administrative support to Directors and Project Managers and to assist with the daily running of the office. Job tasks and responsibilities Friendly and professional first point of contact for clients by email and telephone Scheduling our team of Maintenance Technicians and ensuring jobs are prioritised and completed in accordance with client expectations Liaising with clients to ensure jobs are acknowledged, the scheduled date confirmed and provide regular job updates Ensuring access to site for both Diverse Worx employees and Subcontractors by submitting required documents and coordinating site inductions Raising PO’s, sourcing and ordering materials for jobs Provide vital administrative support to Directors and Project Managers Managing plant and equipment register General office tasks including correspondence, reporting, stationery etc Skills and experience A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar fast paced environment Experience with online job management systems, Simpro preferred Understanding of property maintenance works is a significant advantage Passionate about customer service Excellent written and oral communication and an eye for detail Works well independently and can be relied upon to carry out tasks to completion Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a busy office environment Application Please submit your resume and a covering letter.
