Job Description:
New Office Coming soon to the South Side. We are expanding to the South Side with a new office and looking to put together a super start team of coordinators from the South Side. We are multi-trade company working in a fast pace environment completing over 100 jobs per day (this is combined across all trade services, we have many hands in the office to make this work) To assist in delivering the first rate services we pride ourselves on, we are looking for a Scheduler/Coordinator to joining our Trade team. Working alongside our existing service/scheduling team, this role will involve Overseeing our maintenance team (8-10 Techs) Ordering parts Calling/texting to follow up appointments Checking over booking schedules Updating clients (directly and through portal) Assisting with in-coming phones Monitoring email accounts “Running the Techs around during the day” We stress that full training is provided in all our systems and procedures, so we are awarding this role on attitude and; Outgoing/incoming phone skills and experience Ability to work under supervision, and autonomously to get results Attention to detail Willingness to “do what is right, not what is easy” Track recording in administration and phone based roles Any experience with insurance work, scheduling or logistics (desirably but not mandatory) If you are looking for a role to jump into, learn the ropes and grow with the team through the rest of 2024, jump in an apply now.
