We design, manufacture, sell and hire purpose-built specialist trucks for both the private and public sectors (including stemming and water trucks utilised in mine blasting, and road maintenance trucks). About the Role: We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our Moranbah team. This is a key frontline role supporting our workshop operations by ensuring efficient scheduling, clear communication with customers, and seamless coordination of parts and service workflow. Key Responsibilities: Book in vehicles and manage servicing schedule Coordinate daily workflow with technicians and workshop management. Communicate service updates and ETAs to customers Prepare repair orders and job sheets for workshop execution Process customer payments and apply parts discounts Identify, order, and maintain required parts for jobs What We're Looking For: Strong organisational and time management skills Genuine care for Customer Service - both internal and external Prior experience with Workshop Mate and Microsoft Excel (preferred) but training will also be provided. A current Open Drivers Licence (mandatory) A Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential) Confident communicator - phone, email, and face-to-face A team player who is committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer?
