Who We’re Looking For AHPRA Registered Nurse – Bachelor of Nursing required Experienced in team leadership, operations, and service delivery Adept at juggling multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in handling complaints, feedback, and internal challenges Comfortable using systems like Google Suite, ShiftCare, and BrightHR Driver’s licence required – travel (including interstate) is part of the role A solutions-focused mindset with the agility to adapt and improve processes A positive, proactive attitude that thrives in a dynamic team setting Your Key Responsibilities Support the Clinical Manager and Director in overseeing clinical and personal care services Step in clinically as an RN when needed, ensuring continuity of care Identify areas for service improvement and assist in implementing solutions Help review and update policies and procedures to align with best practices Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff Help manage feedback, complaints, and risk under senior guidance Support WHS compliance, incident reporting, and risk identification Maintain oversight of clinical equipment and ensure appropriate use Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and care excellence Communicate effectively with clients, families, and external providers Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality, AHPRA regulations, and Aged Care Quality Standards Ready to Join Us?
