No two days are ever the same, this role requires the highest attention to detail & is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the equipment hire. The position’s primary responsibilities are: Assist with the day-to-day activities of the equipment hire over the phone & face to face Always provide exceptional customer service The timely processing of Hire Contracts & all Hire Administrative Tasks  Supporting the operations between: Sales Team – Working closely with the team to provide support to ensure the utmost success is achieved every day Workshop - Working together to ensure all orders are fulfilled in full & in a timely matter Drivers  - Provide clear instructions to the transport team to ensure all orders are delivered on time every time Finance Team – Aid the finance team with any assistance they may need regarding hire invoicing queries, understanding additional charges and/or disputes   ABOUT YOU Essential : The ultimate multi-tasker Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Live, breathe & thrive on adrenaline Customer service experience, you need to be a customer service superstar Ability to think outside of the box, problem-solving is a daily task Humility : you will define success collectively and not individually.
