Business Analyst – Utilities and Billing DXC Technology (NYSE:DXC) - where brilliant people embrace change and seize opportunities to advance their careers and amplify customer success.  People are the heart of our business.      We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with experience in Utilities and Billing systems, audit data analysis, and data conversion to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will require you to work closely with developers, system administrators, stakeholders across various business groups to gather requirements, audit data analysis, process improvement, testing existing and new systems, test planning. Analyse, Extract, Validate and manipulate client data. Work with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot data issues. Analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation and optimization of billing and utilities solutions. Create Test Plan and Testing for updating an existing application or new projects. Review and comprehend technical and business documentation. Collaborate with team and product owners to provide technical design document and identify solution by understanding business rules and requirements. Provide support to team members in understanding complex business rules. Work with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot data issues.    What We’re Looking For 5+ experience in utilities and billing systems with audit data analysis and data conversion experience. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Excel). Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and databases. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with analysing and developing SQL queries. Deep understanding and experience with full Software delivery lifecycle including software design patterns & principles. Using agile/waterfall methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Great customer service and communication skills
